Sales prices will vary from the upper $100 thousands to over $500,000.

Who are the builders and may I obtain a list?

Who should my Realtor® call?
Your Realtor should call one or more of the builders directly.

I teach in the community, will I be able to afford to live in Broad Creek?
Broad Creek encompasses a wide geographic area, which means that homes are for sale today at many different price points. It is our hope and belief that teachers can afford to own a home in Broad Creek.
